2. What we collect
You give us: name, phone, email and message when you use contact/viewing/valuation forms. Automatic: favourites saved in your own browser (localStorage), basic functional cookies, and — only with your consent — anonymous visit analytics. We never sell personal information.
3. Why we use it (POPIA purposes)
To reply to enquiries within our 2-hour promise, arrange viewings and valuations, verify buyers/tenants, manage mandates and leases, and improve our listings. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in running a property agency.
4. Cookies
Essential (always on): favourites, consent choice, security. Optional (only after you press "Accept all"): analytics to understand which listings help visitors. Change your mind anytime via the 🍪 button at the bottom-left, which re-opens the banner.
5. Sharing & retention
We share details only as needed to serve you: bond originators, transferring attorneys and landlords (for rental applications) — never marketers. Enquiry records are kept up to 3 years; accounting records as required by law; then securely deleted.

7. Security & children
Forms are transmitted over HTTPS with access limited to our team. This site is not directed at children under 18; guardians may enquire on their behalf.
